Frequently asked questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → SubscriptionsQuit. There you can change your plan or cancel anytime. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the paid period.
I bought Pro but it's not showing / I reinstalled the app.

Open Quit → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If it still doesn't appear, email us at quitappsupport@gmail.com.
Does my data sync across devices?

Yes — iCloud sync is available with Quit Pro. Your habits, streaks, diary and certificates back up automatically and restore when you reinstall or switch devices. Sign in to the same iCloud account and keep iCloud enabled.
Do I need an account to use Quit?

No. Quit works fully without any login. Your data is stored privately on your device (and in your personal iCloud if you have Pro).
How do I export my data?

Pro users can export habit data as TXT, CSV or JSON, and the diary as a PDF.
How do I delete my data?

Deleting a habit or diary entry removes it permanently. To remove everything, delete the app — local data is erased. If you use iCloud sync, you can also remove the app's data in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Is Apple Health required?

No. Health access is optional. If enabled, Quit only records your breathing/SOS sessions and mood as mindful sessions — nothing else is read or written.
